Timothy
J. McIntosh serves as Chief Investment Officer and is the founder of
SIPCO. He oversees all aspects of major client accounts
(including market evaluation) and serves as the lead portfolio
manager for the firm's equity and bond portfolios. He acts as
the firm's chairman of the investment committee. He also
serves as Chief Compliance Officer. He served as a Professor
of Finance at Eckerd College from 1998 to 2008.
As
a published author, Mr. McIntosh’s book The
Bear Market Survival Guide - 3rd Edition was
released in 2009. He has been featured in such notable
publications as the Wall Street Journal, New York Times,
USA Today, Investment Advisor, Fortune, and The
St. Petersburg Times.
