Timothy
J. McIntosh serves as Chief Investment Officer and is the founder of
SIPCO. He oversees all aspects of major client accounts and serves as the lead portfolio
manager for the firm's equity and bond portfolios. He acts as
the firm's chairman of the investment committee. He served as a Professor
of Finance at Eckerd College from 1998 to 2008.
Mr. McIntosh’s is the
author of
The
Bear Market Survival Guide. His forthcoming book,
The Sector
Strategist, will be released by Wiley Publishing in early 2012. He has been featured in such notable
publications as the Wall Street Journal, New York Times,
USA Today, Investment Advisor, Fortune, and The
St. Petersburg Times. He has been recognized as a
2011 Five Star Wealth Manager in the October issue of Texas Monthly
magazine. Texas Monthly and Five Star Professional identified wealth
managers in the central Texas region who provide exceptional service
and overall satisfaction through the nominations of clients, peers
and industry experts. He has also been named to Medical
